On Saturday, November 2, Glede Browne Kabongo launched her new book, “Winds of Fear,” at Stillwater Books in downtown Pawtucket. This is Glede’s fifth book of the psychological thriller genre and it would be promoted in a different way than the others.
Glede has been a member of our church for the past three years or so. During that time, she has participated in several special missions’ contributions. For this book launch, she decided to give some of the proceeds to this missions’ effort.
Many disciples turned out for the launch and supported Glede as she spoke about how to write a book and answered questions. Surrounded by family (Donat, Max and Amini), friends, disciples and aspiring authors – Glede’s humility, conversational warmth and words including “God” inspired many.
