This month, our entire church celebrated as one of our members – Jessica Boerma – graduated with a master’s in social work from Boston University. Jessica moved to New England two years ago from Clemson, South Carolina. She was married on June 29, 2014, to her handsome husband – David – who is working on his doctorate at Brown University. This young married couple has been a great addition to our planting in many ways – musically, spiritually, relationally, etc.

Jessica also just got a job at Home and Hospice Care of Rhode Island. Her heart and focus has been on end of life care geriatrics. In addition to church, family, school and work – Jessica’s hobbies include traveling and HGTV (Home and Garden Television). She also won the award at BU for excellence in research for geriatric social work.

Let’s all join together in congratulating and encouraging Jessica. We are so grateful God sent her our way to be a part of a spiritual team to turn Rhode Island upside down for His glory.
