On Saturday, April 14, Leo and Ive Mella were married for the third time. Well, that doesn’t totally sound right . . . . First, they were married by the justice of the peace. Later they were married in an actual ceremony. However, now that they are followers of Christ – they desired a wedding honoring God. So they rented a hall, got dressed up and walked the aisle again. In fact, as son Allam gave Ive away, he was asked who gave this woman to be married to this man. He replied with, “For the third time – I do!”
The entire event was a Mella happening. This family loves food, fellowship, laughter, dancing, sharing and God. And all were served out in abundance. The Mellas truly are “glue members” of our church, constantly pulling people together in all sorts of ways. Check out the photos of this exciting day and let’s all love God and others with our whole hearts.
